To further our ongoing success we require an experienced Chef De Partie to support our skilled Kitchen Team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for preparation and production of food to the highest standards to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with HACCP regulations. You will work closely with the other Chefs to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

No experience required, full job training will be given to the lucky candidate. Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Waiting staff required for busy up market restaurant, experience not necessary but preferable. Must be able to demonstrate good customer relationships.

Must have at least 2 years experience in the field and the ability to work under pressure.
